About Workspace Cedarway
Succession documentation specialists serving offline wallet holders and their families from Daegu since 2019.
Official Business Information
Registered name: Workspace Cedarway Co., Ltd.
Established: 2019
Registered office: Office 7, 46 Test-daero, Buk-gu, Daegu 00000
Our Origin
Workspace Cedarway began when our founder, Ji-hoon Kim, spent six months helping his own family locate scattered hardware wallet records after a relative’s sudden hospitalization. The recovery notes existed — in a desk drawer, a bank safe deposit envelope, and two email drafts — but no single document told the heirs what to open first.
That experience led to our binder methodology: a standardized section order, indexed tabs, and written procedures that assume the reader has no prior knowledge of offline wallets.
What We Do
We prepare physical inheritance binders for individuals and families who hold assets in offline wallets. Our work is documentation and organization — we assemble records you provide into a structure heirs can follow. We do not custody assets, manage investments, or provide legal counsel.
Our Team
- Ji-hoon Kim, Founder — records administration, binder methodology
- Eun-ji Yoon, Senior Documentation Specialist — intake consultations, gap analysis
- Sang-min Lee, Client Relations — family briefing facilitation, scheduling
Working Approach
Every binder follows the same section framework, but contents vary by household. We meet clients at our Buk-gu office or via video for intake. Physical binders are assembled on-site and reviewed before handover. We retain no copies of client documents.
Values
Clarity over complexity. Heirs should not need technical expertise to understand what the binder contains.
Physical permanence. Paper binders survive device failures and account lockouts that digital-only records cannot.
Local presence. We serve families across South Korea from our Daegu office, with courier delivery available nationwide.
Community
We participate in Daegu estate planning workshops and contribute field notes on succession documentation practices. Our referral network includes probate attorneys in Gyeongbuk who understand offline wallet recordkeeping requirements.
