2. Information We Collect
Contact form submissions: name, email address, service selection, preferred consultation date, and message content.
Service engagement records: information you provide during intake consultations for binder preparation, including heir names, device inventories, and storage location references.
Website usage: essential cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the Website
- Prepare inheritance binders and related documentation during paid engagements
- Schedule consultations and deliver completed binders
- Comply with legal obligations under South Korean law
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on: (a) your consent when submitting contact forms; (b) performance of a contract when you engage our services; and (c) legitimate interests in operating our business and maintaining client records.
5. Data Retention
Contact form inquiries are retained for twelve months unless they lead to a service engagement. Service engagement records are retained for seven years following binder delivery, in accordance with South Korean commercial recordkeeping requirements. You may request earlier deletion where no legal obligation requires retention.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:
- Courier services for binder delivery (name and address only)
- Legal advisors when required for dispute resolution
- Government authorities when required by law
7. International Transfers
Our primary operations are in South Korea. If you contact us from outside South Korea, your data may be transferred to and processed in South Korea. We apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers as required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea, you may:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion where legally permitted
- Withdraw consent for processing based on consent
- File a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission

9. Security
We maintain physical and organizational measures to protect client records at our Daegu office. Digital communications use encrypted connections. We do not store seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords.
10. Children
Our services are not directed at individuals under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revision date at the top indicates the latest version.
