Refund and cancellation terms for Workspace Cedarway inheritance binder services.

Overview
This Refund Policy applies to inheritance binder preparation, succession record review, and family briefing services purchased from Workspace Cedarway Co., Ltd.
Intake Consultation Deposit
The ₩200,000 intake deposit for binder preparation is refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled intake session. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. The deposit is applied to your binder total upon proceeding with assembly.
Inheritance Binder Preparation
Before assembly begins: If you cancel after intake but before we begin assembly, you receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the intake deposit, minus a ₩80,000 administrative fee for intake time and gap analysis documentation.
After assembly begins: No refund is available once binder assembly has commenced, as materials are customized to your records.
At delivery: If the delivered binder contains errors attributable to our team, we correct them at no charge during the review session. If uncorrectable issues arise from our error, a partial refund proportional to the deficient sections may be issued at our discretion.
Succession Record Review
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
Family Briefing Session
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. Rescheduling is available at no charge with 48 hours notice. No refund for no-shows.
Non-Refundable Items
- Courier delivery fees once dispatch has occurred
- Rush assembly surcharges after work has begun
- Materials purchased specifically for your binder (custom tab sets, binders, sealed envelopes)
Refund Process
Submit refund requests to hello@workspace-cedarway.click with your name, service date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within fourteen business days to the original payment account.
Rescheduling
Intake consultations and briefing sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Additional rescheduling may incur a ₩30,000 fee.
Work Already Started
If you provided records and we have begun organizing them into binder sections, the engagement is considered in progress and standard cancellation terms for assembly apply.
Deposits for Custom Materials
Special-order binder materials requested by you (non-standard sizes, embossed covers) are non-refundable once ordered.
Disputes
Unresolved refund disputes may be referred to the Korea Consumer Agency or resolved under the jurisdiction of Daegu courts as specified in our Terms of Service.
