Succession Process

Overview

Binder preparation follows a defined sequence so you know what happens at each stage and what we need from you. Most engagements complete within three to four weeks from intake to delivery.

1

Inquiry and Estimate

Submit a contact form describing your wallet count, family structure, and urgency. We respond within two business days with a written estimate and available intake dates. No obligation at this stage.

2

Intake Consultation

A 90-minute session at our Buk-gu office or via video. You bring existing records — notebooks, device boxes, exchange printouts, attorney correspondence. We catalog devices, note storage locations, and identify gaps. A ₩200,000 deposit secures your assembly slot.

3

Gap Resolution

You gather missing items from our written checklist: updated heir contacts, attorney details, safe deposit references. We remain available by email for clarification questions. This phase typically takes one to two weeks.

4

Binder Assembly

Our team compiles materials into the numbered tab structure, writes access procedure summaries, and prepares the sealed emergency section per your instructions. Assembly takes seven to ten business days once all materials are received.

5

Review Session

You verify every page, confirm tab order, and request corrections. This 60-minute session happens before final binding. Corrections are included; structural changes may adjust the final invoice.

6

Delivery

Handover at our Daegu office or courier to your address nationwide. Remaining balance is due at delivery. We provide a storage register card recommending where to note the binder's location in your personal records.

7

Family Briefing (Optional)

Schedule a family briefing so designated heirs walk through the binder with our facilitator. Recommended within 60 days of delivery while details are fresh.
